How we started
Founded by Tim Aspel in 1988, the first PastaBravo restaurant opened at The Crossroads Center in Irvine. PastaBravo, Inc. now owns and operates fourteen fast casual restaurants in Orange and San Diego counties.
At PastaBravo, all of our pastas, gourmet pizzas and salads are made fresh when you order. Our authentic recipe pasta favorites and gourmet pizzas are all designed with your health in mind. You can watch your meal being prepared with the freshest and finest quality ingredients in our open kitchens. And of course, everything is available to go.
About Our Food
You can be the chef with our “Create Your Own” pasta bowl. Just choose your pasta, sauce and up to 3 ingredients. Be as healthy or sinful as you want. Our Pasta Favorites include traditional, home-style Italian specialties like our Meat Lasagna and Chicken Parmigiana in addition to more contemporary offerings such as Chicken Basil Cream and Greek-Style Shrimp and Arugula.
Our irresistible Gourmet Pizzas favorites include BBQ Chicken and Mediterranean Pizza. We also offer market fresh salads served with house-made dressings which includes the Greek Pasta Salad and Chicken Bruschetta Pizza Salad.
Catering
The PastaBravo Catering Department can help you with any sized event or gathering. From meetings and intimate get-togethers to corporate events and weddings, PastaBravo serves all of Orange and San Diego counties.
In addition to our great pastas and gourmet pizzas, our catering menu features an assortment of appetizers and baked pastas. Just let us know the date and time. 24-hour notice is requested, but we will do our best to accommodate last minute orders.
